First off check how old the review is. If it's quite old it might be
worth checking first before ordering, unless you don't mind risking the
cash.
If sending a cheque, make it payable to the name in the address, unless
otherwise stated. Most small pressers will not have business accounts.
Alternatively, send cash. Coins should be wrapped in cardboard to avoid
falling out of the envelope or being nicked.
An SAE is nice and is sometimes requested. Send the right size. In any event don't forget to include your full postal address.
